We envision a community built on justice and grace, where past offenses do not condemn one to a life in poverty and social exclusion.

By mentoring and training our justice-involved population, and simultaneously working with local employers to reduce the stigma associated with a criminal record, we are reducing recidivism, increasing public safety, and strengthening families.
